Pac-12 Football Championship Game Set
as Colorado Captures First Pac-12 South Division Title
SAN FRANCISCO – The COLORADO Buffaloes captured their first Pac-12 South Division title as they defeated UTAH, 27-22, at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colo., Saturday evening. Colorado will face the WASHINGTON Huskies from the Pac-12 North Division in the sixth annual Pac-12 Football Championship Game on Friday, December 2 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.Colorado captured the South title after finishing the regular season with a 8-1 Pac-12 record, 10-2 overall. The Buffaloes posted their first 10-win season since 2001.
Washington (8-1 in Pac-12, 11-1 overall) locked up the North Division title with its victory over Washington State in the Apple Cup Friday. The Huskies will be making their first appearance in the Pac-12 Football Championship Game.
The Pac-12 Championship Game will be televised by FOX at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET.
