The core of the team remained intact from last years team that finished fourth in the Western Conference with a record of 53-29 before falling short in the playoffs.
Head coach Doc Rivers now entering his fourth season at the helm, along with newer title of general manager. So this season big question is will Doc GM make the right moves? Doc the coach already feels that the new additions can play with any team in NBA, Doc said, “I think we can play with anybody, and we don’t feel like there’s a gap,”
THE BIG THREE Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan will need to carry this team to the NBA Finals. There are no contract talks, suspension, or free agency talk to cloud the waters.
For this season the Clippers have brought in some talent to help when the second unit take the floor, which was low point last year.

The Clippers will start off their preseason on the road Tuesday, Oct. 4 at Oracle Arena versus the Golden State Warriors. Then they will host the Toronto Raptors Wednesday, Oct 5 at Staples Center.
