Everything that we experience on earth is but for a moment.
All of our successes, and victories are but for a moment. The hurt, the disappointment, the tears, the loss, the suffering, the sickness… all of it is but for a moment in time.
Don’t get so attached to earthly possessions or experiences. Cherish them, rejoice for them, enjoy them, but don’t build a house there..rather pitch a tent.
All things on earth are temporary and subject to change. God gives us things to embrace and enjoy while we are here, occupying time until His return.
The friendships, relationships, our jobs, careers, and even our families will only be able to be shared on earth for a season…
That’s why it is so important to spend every moment ‘on purpose’! Tell those people that you care about how much they mean to you. Enjoy precious moments, and special moments, and take it all in…
One day, things will change, and when they do, you want to be in a place with God that says: ‘Thank you Lord for allowing me to have that experience…’ Now let Your will be done in Jesus’ name…
Live life ‘on purpose’.
