Los Angeles, Ca -The Los Angeles Sparks served the Dallas Wings their ninth loss this season with a comeback to beat all come backs. The Sparks 89-84 victory allowed them to retain 1st place record in the WNBA.

Skylar Diggins carried the Wings on her back tonight scoring a game total of 29 points. Being sure to give Los Angeles every jump shot that was ever executed, the running jump, floating jump, and the powerful driving jump. Kristi Toliver did her best buy deploying her own mass amount of three point missiles to counteract the damage done by the jump shots in the first half. But by then Skylar had already accumulated 17 points to Kristi 8 points and Plenette Pierson cleaning up anything Skylar wasn’t hitting, it looked all bad for the Sparks. The Dallas Wings had a hardy 22 point lead early in the second half.

The Los Angeles Sparks really took that halftime break to strategize and to stay focused on the big picture… There was still a second-half to play. And play they did! Locking in on what the Wings offensive pattern were. They were able to fight their way back with defensive blocks which led to several transitional fast-break jump shots.

Upon Essence Carson’s visit to the free-throw line with a little over 7 minutes into the fourth quarter the Sparks had completely annihilated the Wings lead and never looked back. From there it turned into the Carson Parker show. Essence had a total of 17 points and Candace Parker finish the game with a remarkable 31 points.

The Sparks really mastermind one heck of a comeback this is why they have one of the best records in the Western Conference. As The Los Angeles Sparks continue their six-game home stand they hope to continue this winning streak against Atlanta on Thursday, June 30, 2016.
